General Space Requirements
- Can be a whole unit or a zone within bigger premises;
- Located in dense residential areas and business districts;
- Reliable high speed WiFi connection, sufficient for VPN use, video calls, etc;
- Abundance of natural and electric light;
- Power socket for each workstation;
- Adequate furniture and basic office equipment. Reach out to us for info on easy space setup option;
- Low distraction environment, limited level of noise.
General Terms for Space Providers
- You do not have to make significant changes to your space or business operations. However, adding some minor services and equipment (e.g. printer, phone booth, accepting package delivered for your residents, etc) would help you to attract more remote workers.
- WM charges a commission of 10% from successful bookings (half out of which returns to Residents in the form of bonus points to be redeemed for future bookings). Hence, you as a Space Provider always receive 90% of total payment amounts.
- You can run your own loyalty programs for Residents and announce them on WM marketplace.
- Once your offer is published, we will create two unique QR codes for your space – for check-in and check-out, and send you them to be printed and placed at the entrance to your space. Please, see details about QR codes here.
- No long term commitments. You can deactivate your offer at any time and then activate it again, optimizing to your business dynamics.
- If you do not have your own booking tool, we can provide you with a customizable booking widget, which you can place on your own website, social media pages, etc.
- We encourage all our Space Partners to sustain the highest level of space quality and safety. Each guest upon finishing work or a meeting will be asked to check out via mobile app and leave a review of the space in two areas: 1) general quality 2) suits the type of work/meeting announced in the offer on Work Mobile website.

What is your pricing for Space Providers?
Listing with Work Mobile is free. You can list any number of spaces for any duration.
We charge 10% commission on successful bookings.
There are no paid promotion or advertising tools for space providers on Work Mobile. Our space search algorithm prioritizes spaces with the consistently highest rating.
How do Residents access and use your marketplace?
Access for Residents is free of charge. We do not sell memberships or passes.
Residents can instantly book a space on Work Mobile, or they can just find a vacant space nearby and go straight there without booking.
There is an option for Residents to request a custom offer from a Space Provider by sending a request directly to you. All Space Providers’ contact details are fully open to residents. They can call you via the number displayed at WM, or click the link to your website and social media pages for more details.
What if a WM Resident decides to rent our Space long term?
That’s great! You are more than welcome to promote your long term offers or direct membership to Residents, who come to you via Work Mobile.
WM is not a lease broker, so we do not charge any commission in such cases.
How does QR check-in system work?
Once your space is live on WM, we will send you two unique QR codes – for residents’ check-in and check-out. All you’d need is to print them and place by the entrance to the space. See the detailed information on QR codes here.
What’s the difference between listing on WM directly and following an invitation link?
Work Mobile is a crowdsourced network of spaces, meaning that we encourage our Residents to onboard spaces they like to work in.
If you register following an invitation link from WM Resident who recommended your space, you will have your first 5 bookings with WM commission free. And the Resident who invited you will get a lifelong discount for booking your space and some other perks.
All Residents’ rewards are covered by WM and will have no effect on your revenue.
How does listing with Work Mobile differ from listing at other marketplaces?
First of all, you are more than welcome to list with as many marketplaces as you wish! We are all “in one boat in the midst of a storm” and building new workplace ecosystem together.
At Work Mobile, we believe in a bottom-up approach and co-creation principle. Our Residents are the ultimate source of wisdom when it comes to how and where the work will be done during and post COVID-19.
Therefore, our Residents actively participate in WM creation by onboarding spaces they like and rating each of their experience in every place they book.
In return, we share half of our revenue with Residents in form of bonus points, which they earn in proportion to their contributions and then spend for future bookings via Work Mobile.
