We have access to a 2,200m² building located for entrepreneurs, project teams, TPE / PME, or freelancers. Conçu comme une maison dhôtes pour entrepreneurs, il apporte toutes les nécessaires dans un environnement bienveillant et professionalnel. We have at our disposal 220 jobs, reports on three different offers: bureaux privatiz, bureaux dédiés ou coworking.

The work offers a key that is adapted to you
You can work in an environment that inspires and works to change. We have 1 of 100 co-workers. All offices are in natural light, air conditioning double flux (air heat / air cold) and cables. We have access to more than 600m2 of common spaces in the RDC: comfortable spaces, a kitchen equipped with a Coin Bistrot, the Phone Box or a large space for nomadic work. We have access to 10 rooms of reunions with ideal ambiences for work, collaborators and brainstormers.

Our collaborators will also benefit from our 700m2 garden with a badminton and volleyball court and our Chill & Event room equipped with billiards and various games.

Geographical and accessibility situation
We are located at 55 Colmar Avenue in Rueil-Malmaison, on the face of RER A. Our space is a 1-minute drive away from the A86 car, next to the Chatou Bridge. For guests, the bus is also accessible to the train station RER: 144/158/241/244/367 / 467. We have access to 75 parking spaces on the ground floor. Enfin, a station in Vélib is situated in front of Work & Share.

Welcome to our space Rueillois! We have received 2,200 m2 of business space for entrepreneurs, TPE / PME, freelancers and dependents. Conçu comme une maison dhôtes pour entrepreneurs, il apporte toutes les nécessaires dans un environnement bienveillant et professionalnel. We have a total of 9 meeting rooms in total and an event space of more than 120m2 in RDC can accommodate up to 100 people in the format.

Seminar, reunion, formation, conference, afterwork & cocktail … we offer a change of surcharge in the spaces of hospitals and convivials, preparations for the sessions of creativity and the reunions of the team. Our rooms are all equipped with WIFI very high flow, screens, video projectors, micro and paperboard.
Our collaborators will accompany you in the long run for your event to be a valid successor.
