Our space features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with fresh coffee daily, featuring brands such as La Colombe and Starbucks, as well as a diverse selection of wine and beer. Other amenities include a friendly reception service, for scheduling conference rooms and gathering and distributing your mail. The floor to ceiling windows surrounding our space offers plenty of natural lighting and our offices are split with open glass walls, a way to prevent the commonly known cubicle-feel.
We are located in the heart of SoHo, the central hub of New York City for artists, designers, and hip young entrepreneurs, so you are guaranteed to be inspired and motivated by those around you. The subway is seconds away and is connected to the A, C, E, N, W, Q, R, J, Z, B, D, 1 & 6 lines. Our office is easily accessible, on the second floor, with an elevator and a stair entrance on Broadway. 24/7 access is available through an app that keys you into the building.

MEMBERSHIP
We offer an array of plans from virtual offices to private desks. Virtual offices allow your company the use of our prestigious SoHo address, allot you conference room time, and give you accessibility to our regular events. A private desk offers the same plus a private mailbox, a reception service, printing, and much more.
THE AMENITIES
As a member, you’ll have 24/7 access to the building, through an app and a key card, conveniently allowing you to work anytime of the day or night. While you work, you have full access to our coffee and tea bar and an assortment of wine and beer.
All of our private desks and offices offer plenty of natural light from our floor to ceiling windows and glass dividers splitting the offices. You’ll have the ability to do video conferencing, phone calls, and utilize Apple TV during meetings. Our private phone booths are spacious and comfortable, and our community areas have tables and seating if you need to take your work outside of the office.
We have high-speed wifi and an easy printer connection. Printing allowances are allocated, and for an extra fee, you can print over the allowance, both in black and white and color ink. Our membership provides you with all the tools you need for your company to succeed.

Dedicated Desk
With this month-to-month office space plan, your workspace is permanent, you get your own permanent setup in our shared workspace. You get all the perks of working in a community, with a space you can really call your own.
Private Office
Our private offices are spacious, soundproof, comfortable and fully furnished. Pick an office with either white washed brick for character or a dry paint wall for brainstorming. Additionally, a private office includes 24/7 access, desks, a chair and a trash can.
